Shipping

Customers shopping online in the South Eastern United States (NC,SC, VA, DC, GA, TN, FL) will be charged a standard tiered flat rate based on total order price not including tax. 

USPS: We will ship via USPS by request ONLY. If you would like your items to ship in the mail, please contact us. No liquids can be shipped via USPS.

Customers in the United States outside of our flat rate shipping zone will be charged shipping after your order is processed for shipment and shipping will be added as a line item to your order. This rate will be shown as "Free Shipping," until after your order is finalized. Orders over $1000 ship for free. 

Residential Shipping Upcharge: All orders shipping to a residence (not an "official" business address) will be charged the difference in shipping cost due to UPS charging a residential shipment upcharge. Our business is set up specifically to ship from business to business. If you have any questions about this please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We do not pay for shipping to non-business addressed customers. 

International Shipping: JH Cook and Sons ships all over the world.  If shipping anywhere outside of the Continental United States, please select international shipping. The customer will be required to schedule a DHL, FEDEX or UPS international pickup from our warehouse in North Carolina. If you need help scheduling this, please contact sales@jhcook.com. Please note: USPS does not allow ANY liquids; therefore, we will not ship via USPS internationally.
